(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 28, 2009) In a week 16 TURF Football League Central intra-divisional rivalry, Kadybugs beat a strong Big White Mint team by a score of 94 to 78, behind the support of 69,055 faithful fans.
Kadybugs were led to their 16 point victory by a 24 point effort from Brett Favre, who beat the Chicago Bears defense for 321 passing yards and 2 passing TDs. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Jerome Harrison, who beat the Oakland Raiders defense for 148 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.
"We finally got the monkey off our backs," Kadybugs coach Robert Dehart said.
Big White Mint were helped out in a losing cause by a 25 point effort from Ryan Grant, who got by the Seattle Seahawks defense for 97 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. With this performance, Grant was the number 2 ranked running back for week 16. They also got help from a 15 point effort from the Dallas Cowboys Defensive Team.
"We didn't get the job done," Big White Mint coach Andy Hudson said.
This brings the record for Kadybugs to 11-4, and drops Big White Mint to a record of 8-5-2.
